    Sir what backpack/s would you recommend to a beginner like me? budget friendly but quality wise.

  2. hmmm...i would recommend conquer...sobrang budget friendly pero swerte swerte sa tibay...by the time masira siya, pede ka na magdecide kung gusto mo i-career ang pamumundok...pwede din sandugo...mas matibay pero mas mahal. pero kung decided ka na mamundok, dun ka na Gregory or Millet, parang mura ata ung bigay ng ilang online shops

  3. Tips naman po sir. Gusto kong i career pamumundok, kaso wala pakong bag. May bibiling bag sakn sir. Kht anung bag. Hnd ako makapili e. Pinagpipilian ko kung gregory,osprey o black diamond. Pang 65 litres lng sir. Penge nman ng payo sir. Tnx

    1. masyadong malaki ang 65L...ayus na ang BD Infinity 50...pero lahat ng brands na minention mo ay ayus. pero okay na for Philippine trekking ang 50L. Actually nasisis ako sa Black Diamond Infinity 50 ko. Sana BD Axiom 45 na lang binili ko...sobrang laki ng 50L pag compact na mga gamit mo. Pero kung gusto mong mag international climb or kung team leader ka at sagot mo ang mga kagamitan ng buong group, ayus ang 65L and up. Pero sa akin lang, go for minimalist camping. hindi mabigat, hindi hassle, mabilis ang paglalakbay at di nakakapagod. Columbia mobex na lagi ang kasama ko sa mga camp trips ko.

  4. Hi sir, I'm not really venturing into mountaineering but more on travel backpacking. I'm going to Cebu on April for my 1st trip but I can't decide which bag to buy between North Face and Columbia na both 40L lang... Which one would you prefer?

  5. I'd definitely go for TNF if the price is not a major factor. TNF products are continually improved and you are guaranteed of good quality. Columbia products, I just observed, show defects after a few uses. And these products are usually experimental. And they don't improve on them. They create a new model/prototype instead which is again experimental. Just like their mobex whose zippers failed, and one of their top of the line trail running shoes whose heel support also failed.

  6. Hi Sir... Mag kano na ba ngayon ang backpack 40L to 50L capacity? Anong brand ang maganda now. Medyo constraint ako sa budget...
